I’m currently working on a post about my experience at RSA Conference 2016. In the meantime, I’ve got a bunch of swag I got that I would like to pass on to someone who would appreciate it more than I would.

MSI and PC Part Picker’s Dream PC Contest
Hi guys, I’m currently working on a much longer post, much like my first major post in this blog (about the 1+ One) that will also act as my entry into this contest: http://gvwy.io/2bct530
The grand prize is a $2000 gaming PC that is customized by you.
TL;DR Whatever PC you build up is what you win. To follow the update on it, take a look at my current build
I’m hoping to finish the write up by this Friday, but it’ll definitely be up by 2/15/2016 as that is the contest end date.

FYI Those interested in the 1+ One
Those of you who have been following me for a while know that I have been using the Oppo 1+ One for the last few months and I still have yet to find a phone that performs as well as this one in terms of battery life, processing power, and usability. Although it is a little big in the pocket and in the hand, I am still reluctant to change phones as I have in the past.
The 1+ One will be having a “no-invite required” sale tomorrow, Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at the following link: https://oneplus.net/?ref=tuesday
Those of you who have been anxiously waiting on an invite can hop over to that link tomorrow at 12AM PST to get your hands on this flagship killer of a phone!
Never Settle.

Beware of the POODLE SSL 3.0 Vulnerability
This post may be a little bit late, however, I feel it pertinent to inform you all of a vulnerability that was discovered about year ago. To protect yourselves, it would be best to disable SSL 3.0 which is a technology that is nearly 18 years old. More info can be found here: http://googleonlinesecurity.blogspot.com/2014/10/this-poodle-bites-exploiting-ssl-30.html
Instructions on how to disable SSL 3.0 is listed below:
FIREFOX (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/967266)
Current Firefox no longer have a user interface setting to disable TLS or SSL3, but you can make the change on the about:config page. Future Firefox versions will support higher TLS versions (1.1 and 1.2) and both SSL3 and TLS 1.0 are enabled by default.
You can set the security.tls.version.min and security.tls.version.max prefs to 0 to disable TLS (0 means SSL3)
See also:
0 means SSL 3.0, 1 means TLS 1.0, 2 means TLS 1.1, etc.
GOOGLE CHROME
In Advanced setting, Network>Change Proxy Settings, Advanced tab, uncheck “Use SSL 3.0”. Default is unchecked.
IE 9.
Internet option, advanced tab, uncheck use SSL 3.0
Remain protected,
